Bought a pair of shoe that was a size smaller. But when I bring back for exchange, they claim its be worn already. I told them to keep it. Cos I can't wear it. The staff has bad attitude . Don't trust their slogan for exchange within 30days.

To my disappointment, they weren’t there, and I was about to freak out until a very nice lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) assisted me. She immediately ordered the heels from another branch for me. Talk about good service! She not only helped me get the pair I wanted but also ensured my details were updated in their membership system. Honestly, we need more service staff like her! Especially those who don’t judge customers. Her willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping experience stress-free. It’s rare to find such dedication and professionalism in retail these days.
