Bad customer recovery. Unable to Change my defected item. Definitely not recommended and not patronising from them ever again. Workmanship is not good.

Wasn't very busy when I was there for the first time but didn't really get any service. One staff was just staring at her phone the entire time. Didn't feel welcomed but bought a pair of shoes nevertheless

I had a bad experience with the shop manager. She was proud, unfriendly and unhelpful. Thankful to her staff who was helpful and kind. An unpleasant experience.

Bought a pair of shoe that was a size smaller. But when I bring back for exchange, they claim its be worn already. I told them to keep it. Cos I can't wear it. The staff has bad attitude . Don't trust their slogan for exchange within 30days.

I had an important event to attend tomorrow, and as a procrastinator, I walked into the store hoping to find the pair of heels I saw on their website. To my disappointment, they weren’t there, and I was about to freak out until a very nice lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) assisted me. She immediately ordered the heels from another branch for me. Talk about good service! She not only helped me get the pair I wanted but also ensured my details were updated in their membership system. Honestly, we need more service staff like her! Especially those who don’t judge customers. Her willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping experience stress-free. It’s rare to find such dedication and professionalism in retail these days. Because of her, I will definitely be returning to this store. Thank you for saving my day and for providing such exceptional customer service.
