Bad customer recovery. They were unable to exchange my defective item. Definitely not recommended, and I will not patronize them ever again. Workmanship is not good.

It wasn't very busy when I was there for the first time, but I didn't really get any service. One staff member was just staring at her phone the entire time. I didn't feel welcomed, but I bought a pair of shoes nevertheless.

I bought a pair of shoes that was a size too small. But when I brought it back for exchange, they claimed it had been worn already. I told them to keep it because I couldn't wear it. The staff had a bad attitude. Don't trust their 30-day exchange policy.

I had an important event to attend tomorrow, and as a procrastinator, I walked into the store hoping to find the pair of heels I had seen on their website. To my disappointment, they weren’t there, and I was about to freak out until a very nice lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) assisted me. She immediately ordered the heels from another branch for me. Talk about good service! She not only helped me get the pair I wanted but also ensured my details were updated in their membership system. Honestly, we need more service staff like her! Especially those who don’t judge customers. Her willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping experience stress-free. It’s rare to find such dedication and professionalism in retail these days. Because of her, I will definitely be returning to this store. Thank you for saving my day and for providing such exceptional customer service.

I had a bad experience with the shop manager. She was proud, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I was thankful to her staff, who were helpful and kind. An unpleasant experience.
