with intention to go into the shop to buy something, but the Chinese staff was coughing non stop. W covid times n facing customers would appreciate if she could wear a mask. but she didn’t nor did she cover when she coughs it’s quite turn off.

I am utterly upset and disappointed after i found out my purchase is wrong. My requirement is to purchase refill version of cushion cover but was given the full set version that comes with the case which i don't need. I got 2 units so I paid for 2 cases instead of the refill packs itself. I am certain I informed the staff when I enter the shop this afternoon and ask specifically for the refill pack of the cushion V201 and eyebrow pencil by showing her the photo of the model. The friendly staff made some recommendation of other cushion cover model which does not have refill unit option so she got me the cover cushion unit which i thought are the refill version.
When i got home and organise my purchase, then i realised it was 2 full set version. I called the shop immediately and told them that my items are wrong and I need to come back to get the refill version.
The first lady who took my call firmly said no refund is allowed for any purchase. She said by the way there is no refill version in stock. I was furious that the staff didn't inform me about this. The call was then passed to a second lady who served me, offering me to exchange my wrong purchase BUT for something else which i don't need. AND I HAVE TO COME DOWN TO THE SHOP BY TODAY. I told her her that it is impossible for me go back today. Probably my last visit to THE FACESHOP, time for me to switch to maybe INNISFREE. sigh!
Lesson learnt is double check on your purchase before payment. Don't trust the staff to give you the right version. I am yet to open up my eyebrow pencil to check if is broken.
