Went for recontract and looking for a new phone, however no stock in the shop. Jeff the staff servicing was extremely helpful made many calls to source for the phones. I was very pleased with Miss Suki services this morning regarding to my phone setting and to sign a new contract with Singtel apparently I have difficulty accessing my internet and there she is the saving grace to my morning glory she re-set and advice me to avoid future mistakes and I learned something digital today , I just wanted the management to know that the company have good CSO in the front line..thank you for your service Ms. Suki very much appreciated

Went to pick up my new sim card on Oct 29, and the person serving me was not very helpful. Just handed me my SIM card and did not seem like he wanted to answer my questions, did not offer to help with activation. I’m fine and can activate my SIM card on my own, and am quite tech savvy, but wondering if old people or others who really need help will be also given the same service.

Terrible service!! Rude and not empathetic at all. Talk to us using one word commands, absolutely horrible. Just came here to return to a WiFi port, and we had to wait for 10 minutes while there weren't any customers in the store. No guidance on what to do when we entered the store, had to ask then they said to take a queue number. Didn't even tell us how to take a queue number (need to scan QR code). Staff can't handle when there's not even a customer in sight, how can they handle more people next time?

Jasmine at Junction 8 outlet is very knowledgeable, helpful. Very pleasant experience with her. I needed a new phone & to trade in an old phone. Jasmine is a good listener. She advised & recommended the phone that's most suitable based on my usage. She doesn't hard sell & helped me set up my new phone which I truly appreciate. I'm very happy with my new Oppo phone. My mom went there for a S24 end up coming back with S24 FE model She was served by the only female sales person she as a sales person. My mom did ask her what is the FE meaning.. she nv explain to my mom it's a Lower version of S24 .. return back to the outlet but she off day
