My mom went there for an S24 but ended up coming back with an S24 FE model. She was served by the only female salesperson. My mom did ask her what 'FE' meant, but she never explained to my mom that it was a lower version of the S24. When we returned to the outlet, she was off that day.

Went for a recontract and was looking for a new phone, but there was no stock in the shop. Jeff, the staff member, was extremely helpful and made many calls to source the phones. Jeff patiently went through all the plans and advised on the pros and cons. He was very knowledgeable and provided good follow-up for the phone collection. Jeff has made the trip delightful. Thank you.

On October 29, when I went to pick up my new SIM card, the person serving me was not very helpful. He just handed me my SIM card, didn't seem to want to answer my questions, and didn't offer to help with activation. I'm fine and can activate my SIM card on my own, and am quite tech-savvy. I'm just wondering if old people or others who really need help will also be given the same service.

I was very pleased with Miss Suki's services this morning regarding my phone settings and the signing of a new contract with Singtel. Apparently, I had difficulty accessing my internet, and she was a saving grace for my morning. She reset my settings and advised me to avoid future mistakes, and I learned something digital today. I just wanted the management to know that the company has good CSOs on the front line. Thank you for your service, Ms. Suki. Very much appreciated.

Jasmine at Junction 8 outlet is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I had a very pleasant experience with her. I needed a new phone and to trade in an old phone. Jasmine is a good listener. She advised and recommended the phone that was most suitable based on my usage. She doesn't hard-sell and helped me set up my new phone, which I truly appreciate. Terrible service! Rude and not empathetic at all. They talked to us using one-word commands, absolutely horrible. We just came here to return a WiFi port, and we had to wait for 10 minutes even though there were no other customers in the store. There was no guidance on what to do when we entered the store. We had to ask, and then they told us to take a queue number. They didn't even tell us how to take a queue number (we needed to scan a QR code). The staff couldn't handle things even when there wasn't a single customer in sight. How can they possibly handle more people in the future?
