My mom went there for a S24 end up coming back with S24 FE model
She was served by the only female sales person she as a sales person. My mom did ask her what is the FE meaning.. she nv explain to my mom it's a Lower version of S24 .. return back to the outlet but she off day

Suki Yap is very professional in handling customer. She knows her products well. She is very friendly, patient with me for almost 2 hours, handling my queries, purchase of new gadgets and explain to me about my multiple phones plans.

Two employees sat there staring at their phones as I waited for service. Finally, one noticed me. She kept telling me I could buy a $15 SIM that would give me 3GB service for 120 days and it would buy me $15 worth of data, texts and voice. She said that when that ran out, I could just top off. I asked what $15 would get me. She just kept repeating that when it ran out, I could top off.
Meanwhile, an impatient line of people started forming and she started looking at them, as if she were annoyed I hadn’t just bought the SIM. I’m not in the habit of opening my wallet without knowing what I’m buying. As an exaggeration, I explained to her, “for all I know, $15 pays for one text. You haven’t told me what I’m buying.”
I bought service elsewhere.

totally no standard and not professional… Went there around 3 mths ago with my domestic helper and asked for SingTel prepaid card, they say don’t have and keep pushing me to buy their own Prepaid brand called Zym.
And again on April,my friend is doing his recontract, I overheard 1 of lady staff saying to another lady staff not to sell SingTel prepaid card bec of no commission and to sell their own brand called zym prepaid, don’t know what’s brand also but very unprofessional.

Completely substandard and unprofessional. I went there about three months ago with my domestic helper and asked for a SingTel prepaid card. They said they didn't have any and kept pushing me to buy their own prepaid brand called Zym.
Again in April, when my friend was doing his recontract, I overheard one lady staff member telling another not to sell SingTel prepaid cards because of no commission, and instead to sell their own brand, Zym prepaid. I'm unsure of the brand name, but it was very unprofessional.
