The kiosk was not working when I got there. Very inconvenient. I called SingPost about the machine issue, and customer service asked for my phone number and address, mentioning that my items would be sent to my doorstep. But the next day, I still got a reminder to collect, so I called customer service again. This time, the CS mentioned that I needed to go back to the PopStation to collect my item and told me that they never mentioned sending it to my doorstep. This was irresponsible customer service. I am very disappointed with the service.

It's in the basement, inside the carpark. Take the escalator down at Four Leaves.

POPstation @ J8 is at the carpark level, which is rather inconvenient if one has to enter the mall and go to the carpark level just to return a parcel. Take the escalator down past the NTUC level.

Works as expected, but being in the parking area with an oil smell and very warm temperatures is not ideal.

The area in the basement was very warm. Unfortunately, I was only given a choice of small, medium, and large lockers. I selected large, but my package was too big to fit into it. I had to take the package to the post office located at Bishan Community Centre because the system could not cancel my selection and open the extra-large locker, which was not an option. It would be better if the system were fed size information and could open up a suitable locker rather than offering unsuitable sizes.

There's an issue with POPStations across all machines. Labels cannot be printed. This Bishan one is located by going down the travellator near Four Leaves, then make 2 rights.

No signage. Tucked away in a corner in the lowest level basement car park. Label printing function not working. Singpost! What are you guys thinking when you decide to place it there? Put it at the bus terminal or at least somewhere on the ground level!

Hard to locate. Go down the 2 travelators next to Polar/Four Seasons bakery in B1. Exit, walk to the right, and the Popstation is perpendicular to the movie poster wall.

Super hard to find. The signpost website doesn't even list what floor it's on. Had to rely on all the good photo takers here, haha! Have added my own photos. Kiosk works as expected once you find it!

Based on SMS instructions from PopStation "Junction 8 (B2, near Lift Lobby; Hrs: 24hrs)", the location was hard to find. I went via the B1 "travelator," located near POLAR and FourLeaves bakeries, to B2. Upon exiting to the carpark, turn right, then immediately right again (a U-turn to the right side), and walk 30 seconds. It's located at a corner of the carpark, near section C5. I did not see any lift lobby that was mentioned in the SMS. As for 24-hour access, perhaps one must enter through the carpark gantry.
