The kiosk was not working when I got there, very inconvenience. I have called SingPost about the machine issue, and customer service asked for phone number and address and mentioned that my items will be sent to my doorstep. But the next day, I still got the reminder to collect, so I called the customer service again. This time, the CS mentioned I needed to go down to the PopStation again to collect my item and told me that they never mention to send to my doorstep. Irresponsible CS, very disappointed with the service.

Please note that this pop station has moved to b2 inside the car park (near column C4). Proceed to the car park directly or walk down using the B1 escalator to the car park, exit the door and turn right. I went to the office tower looking for it initially so now I know.

11-12 March, screen hang not responding. Called customer care twice and given standard answer - don't bother calling. If given a choice, will award 0 star.
