The kiosk was not working when I got there, very inconvenience. I have called SingPost about the machine issue, and customer service asked for phone number and address and mentioned that my items will be sent to my doorstep. But the next day, I still got the reminder to collect, so I called the customer service again. This time, the CS mentioned I needed to go down to the PopStation again to collect my item and told me that they never mention to send to my doorstep. Irresponsible CS, very disappointed with the service.
