POPstation @ J8 is at carpark level, rather inconvenient if one has to enter the mall & carpark level just to return parcel. Take escalator down after NTUC level

At basement inside carpark. Take the escalator at four leaves down.

Works as expected, but being in the parking area with oil smell and very warm temperatures is not ideal.

There's some issue with POPStations across all machines Cannot print labels This Bishan one is go down travellator near Four Leaves, make 2 rights

Based on SMS instructions from PopStation "Junction 8 (B2,near Lift Lobby; Hrs:24hrs)", hard to find. I went via B1 "travelator" located near POLAR n FourLeaves bakeries, to B2. Upon exiting to carpark, turn right, then immediate right again (U-turn to right side), walk 30seconds. It's located at a corner of carpark, near section C5. I did not see any lift lobby that was mentioned in SMS. As for 24hours access, maybe must enter through carpark gantry.

At basement. Very warm area. Unfortunately only given a choice of small, medium and large locker. Selected large but package was too big to fit into it. Had to take package to post office located at Bishan Community Centre because system could not cancel and open the one extra large locker not offered. It would be better if system was fed size info and open up a suitable locker rather than offer unsuitable sizes.

Super hard to find, the signpost website doesn't even list what floor it's on. Had to rely on all the good photo takers here hahaa. Have added my own photos. Kiosk works as expected once you find it!

No signage. Tucked away in a corner in the lowest most level basement car park. Label printing function not working. Singpost! What are you guys thinking when you decide to place it there?? Put it at the bus terminal or at least somewhere on the ground level!

Hard to locate. Go down the 2 travelators next to Polar/Four Seasons bakery in B1. Exit, walk to the right, and the Popstation is perpendicular to the wall with movie posters.

The kiosk was not working when I got there, very inconvenience. I have called SingPost about the machine issue, and customer service asked for phone number and address and mentioned that my items will be sent to my doorstep. But the next day, I still got the reminder to collect, so I called the customer service again. This time, the CS mentioned I needed to go down to the PopStation again to collect my item and told me that they never mention to send to my doorstep. Irresponsible CS, very disappointed with the service.
