I was at Pet Lovers today at 2 PM, hoping to find a solution to my cat's chin acne issue. When we asked the staff if there were any products to help, they seemed unaware that cats can get acne and questioned whether we cleaned up after our cat ate, all in a tone that could have been better. While a seemingly logical suggestion (even though cats clean up after themselves), we were looking for solutions, which we later found at the Nex outlet instead. I hope that the staff can be better educated and provide better customer service (A better answer might have been to say there was no such product).

The store is neat and has a monthly-updated promotion corner that's immediately visible as you walk in, where I can see all the new promotions. Love the music as well!

The staff is very patient and knowledgeable, thanks to them for always giving me good suggestions for my pets! The shop is tidy and neat. The environment for animals in their shop is always clean. They really take good care of the animals!

Shannon and Dayu (sorry if I got this name wrong) were extra helpful and friendly! They informed me of the special offer for the cat litter I was looking for, helped me sign up for membership, and also offered to bring the heavy purchases to my car at the carpark. They brought the shopping experience to the next level! Overall, a lovely experience at the store! Thank you! ❤️

Shoutout to Shannon for his warm and helpful service when I needed to get a cone for my cat. Even though he was working a one-man show, he still made time to advise me on what cones would be best. I like to buy stuff for my fur babe here because it is cosy and quiet. When I'm thinking what to get for my babe, it's quiet here, and the music is very soft, not loud enough to disturb me. The staff here are friendly and patient, if you talk to them nicely.

The shop was located right near the car park, making its location very accessible for customers buying bulk items. The staff were very friendly and had the initiative to suggest and help customers bring their items to their cars, which made our shopping experience less stressful. The shop is just small, but in spite of that, they still managed to arrange their items tidily for customers to browse.

Generally smaller than most other Pet Lovers Stores, the staff here, however, are so helpful and knowledgeable that I would rather travel down from Yishun to Bishan just to visit this outlet.

Horrible service! The bald male staff member was very rude, rough, shouted at my boy, and touched him.
In our subsequent email exchange with customer service, Elaine at first denied there was physical contact between that bald male staff member and my boy. They then admitted the staff member touched my boy. NO SHOP STAFF SHOULD TOUCH ANY CUSTOMER/PERSON, ESPECIALLY A CHILD!
That bald male staff member was very crude and unprofessional. He spoke loudly to me when I confronted him.
Avoid this outlet! Won't buy our pet food from them.
