Was at pet lovers today at 2pm hoping to find a solution to my cat's chin acne issue. When we queried the staff if there were any products to help, the staff seemed like they did not know cats can get acne and questioned if we cleaned up after our cat ate, and in a tone that could have been better.
Whilst a seemingly logical suggestion (even though cats clean up after themselves), we were looking for solutions which we later found at the nex outlet instead. Hope that the staff can be better educated and provide better customer service (a better answer might have been to say there was no such product)

I just bought a collar for a stray cat, luckily the staff wong Wai Yuan explained the knowledgeably. Finally I bought mu right choice. Another staff in the shop he is also very friendly to customer. Thank you.

Very helpful staff over the phone. Enquired on original orijen cat food (orange packs) with a few outlets around my vicinity but the guy who just picked up my call right before i leave this review actually took the initiative to help me check for stocks in other outlets. Thank you for your services, will look to head there for my next shopping

A few days ago when I went in to the store. The people in there is talking among themselves and no one greets me. People standing infront is always using thier phone. Whenever I went to other outlets the will have thier name badges on but in this store at bishan no one has it. All talking loudly and when I needed help no one is there to help me.

Went there at 9:16 PM, shutters down, and I was told they had already done settlement when I urgently needed to purchase my kitties' food. They might as well not put a 9:30 PM closing time. Dissatisfied.
