The staff is very patient and knowledgeable, thanks for them always me give good suggestion for my pets!!! Shop is tidy & neat! Enviroment of animals in their shop is always clean, they really take good care of the animals!!!

Shannon and Dayu (sorry if I got this name wrong) were extra helpful and friendly! They informed me of the special offer for the cat litter I was looking for, helped me sign up membership and also offered to bring the heavy purchases to my car at the carpark. They brought the shopping experience to the next level! Overall lovely experience at the store! Thank you! ❤️

I like to buy stuff for my fur babe at here, because is cosy and quite. When I’m thinking what to get for my babe, no noise here and music very soft not loud to disturb me. The staffs here are friendly and patient too, if you talk to them nicely.

Horrible service! The male staff with no hair was very rude, rough, shouted at my boy very loudly and touched him.
In our subsequent email exchange with company customer service, Elaine at first denied there was body contact between that male staff with no hair and my boy. Then they admitted the male staff touched my boy. NO SHOP STAFF SHOULD TOUCH ANY CUSTOMER/PERSON ESP A CHILD!
Very crude, unprofessional male staff with no hair. He was loud to me when I confronted him.
Avoid this outlet! Won’t buy our pet food from them

Generally smaller than most other Pet Lovers Stores, the staff here however are so helpful and knowledgeable that I would rather travel down from Yishun to Bishan just to visit this outlet.

Store is located near to the mrt station and carpark. Friendly and Helpful staff with good product knowledge. Despite store is small, all product is displayed nice and neatly. Monthly promotion Displayed at eye catching area.

The shop was exactly located near the car park, thus making their location very accessible for customers who are buying bulk items. The staff were very friendly and have initiative to suggest and help customers bring their items to their cars which makes our shopping experience less stressful. The shop is just a small but inspite of that, they still managed to arrange their items in a tidy manner for the customers to browse.

Was at pet lovers today at 2pm hoping to find a solution to my cat's chin acne issue. When we queried the staff if there were any products to help, the staff seemed like they did not know cats can get acne and questioned if we cleaned up after our cat ate, and in a tone that could have been better.
Whilst a seemingly logical suggestion (even though cats clean up after themselves), we were looking for solutions which we later found at the nex outlet instead. Hope that the staff can be better educated and provide better customer service (a better answer might have been to say there was no such product)
