After waiting an hour-plus for only 3 numbers in front, I gave up. It seems I'm not fated to open an account with them.
Do go only if you have all the time in the world. Be well-prepared... and maybe bring some snacks or a movie to watch if possible.

She was courteous and most willing to help me out because all I needed was just to change a passbook, as the pages were used up.
The guy at the counter was very rude and insisted that I get a number to wait in queue just for a non-cash transaction. This is so outrageous.

I've waited 1.5 hours and am still waiting. Seriously, only one active counter? How is that enough? So many people in the branch have been waiting, but there's no staff at the counter. No wonder so many people want to close their accounts.

I was forced to write a review by Michelle (lol). She hogged my phone, and it was so obvious she just wanted to take a peek at my bank balance. This lady was very 'aunty' and unprofessional. All the staff there were very impatient too.

Michelle is very helpful and proficient at quickly unlocking my locked account. She is also very friendly in answering other queries and giving me tips on how to better use the OCBC app.

I was made to wait ages. There were so many empty rooms, but no available staff. They insisted that I join the queue even though I only needed a simple answer to a simple question. When it was my turn, it took less than 5 mins to get the answer. Do you consider this good service?
