Waited 1.5h and still waiting. Seriously only 1 active counter how enough?? So many people in the branch been waiting but no staff at the counter. No wonder so many people want to close their accounts

Michelle is very helpful and proficient in helping me unlocking my locked account quickly. She is also very friendly in answering any other queries and giving me tips on how to better use the OCBC app

The service provided by Isabella was superb and efficient . Thank u gal ! She was courteous & was most willing to help me out coz all I needed was just to change a passbook , as the pages were used up . The guy at counter was super rude and insisted that I should get a number to wait in queue just for a non cash transaction . This is so outrageous . Thank you Isabella for making my experience at Bishan J8 branch a breeze as I was rushing for time to meet a client . I hope that all the OCBC staff would be as efficient and helpful as you . Thank you once again for your great service . Much appreciated.

I was made to wait ages. There were so many empty rooms, but no available staff. They insisted that I joined the queue even though I just need a simple answer to a simple question. When it was my turn , it takes less than 5 mins to get the answer. Do you consider this good service?

This outlet. Not much people also made me wait so long. After waited an hour plus for only 3 number in front. I give up. No fate to open an account with them. Do Go only if u have all the time in world. Be well-prepared.... And maybe bring some snacks or movie to watch if possible.
