This outlet. Not much people also made me wait so long.
After waited an hour plus for only 3 number in front. I give up. No fate to open an account with them.
Do Go only if u have all the time in world. Be well-prepared.... And maybe bring some snacks or movie to watch if possible.

The poor reviews are justified as the customers are made to wait more than ten minutes at the HELLO counter for the staff who is playing with her phone in the pretense of “helping” someone at the ATM. At no time did she bother to turn around to check the growing queue at the Hello counter.
In the branch itself, the staff are ok. One just needs to be able to get to that step.
(Tip: ask those in the queue if you can jump the queue to get a Q ticket. It’s better than DBS where one cannot even do that in branches like Plaza Singapura)

Professional attitude and polite when attending to the customers. Even they encounter difficult customer today who was shouting at their branch they are still able to attend to the person nicely and professionally. Thumbs up to everyone who worked today! 👍 and thanks for giving me correct info and direct us correctly so that we won't waste our time.

Amazing experience at the bank today.
I was there to activate my online banking service and get a new card.
1) Ting Xuan was very kind and patient in assisting me with the activation, even though I was mistakenly pointed to her.
2) Alma assisted me in deciding on a suitable card. She was very patient, and I loved that she understood the different needs of consumers.
I was out of the bank in about 15 minutes.
