Went there last Saturday morning with my 2 grandkids. At 8+am, the place was warmed. I would have breakfast at another place if not because of my grandkids. Ordered thru my mobile app. For unknown reasons, my food was delayed. After 2 requests to check my order, my food was finally served after 20min. But wrong items! And this happened twice. Something is wrong with the process!

Very very slow service... it's not fast food it's slow food.. everything seems stuck.. doesn't seem like a manager is on shift.. please swap out your team.. they can't handle breakfast hours.. it's irritating to wait this long..

My friends and I went to mcds to eat. We were super hungry and was dying to eat.However, we were extremely disappointed when our sauce weren't in our bags. After we confronted them and asked for sauce in a polite manner, they accused us of hiding the sauce and refused REFUSED to give us our sauce and they said that they put it BESIDE our tray when we confronted them

Service was extremely slow. I waited 20 minutes for the meal to be ready (at 9 PM, when there weren't many people waiting), and the staff was also rude. They were telling people to get away when asking about the order. I don't recommend this place if you want your meal to be served fast. The fries are always wet when ordering here. They have the worst fries compared to other McDonald's.
