I ordered a mix of Crispy & Spicy + Original Recipe chicken, but they only gave me Original! When I asked for an exchange, the staff didn’t even fix it—just ignored me! On top of that, they missed my tenders completely!
What’s the point of ordering if they can’t get it right? No apology, no effort to correct it. Waste of money and time! Never ordering from this location again.

Service was very slow after the renovation. Management needs to review the operation. I had to wait 40 minutes for the food. My number was called, but the order was incomplete, and my coffee was already cold. Many customers asked for refunds. Grab drivers for food deliveries also had sad faces.
The place after renovation improved seating capacity and offered more relaxing chairs. However, the service needs to improve.

I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before she took my order. I saw the TV screen displaying orders, and mine was stagnant at 'Now Preparing.' 40-45 minutes later, I saw my bowl on a tray. It was left there for 5 minutes before someone added my side. They called my number and forgot my drink. She had forgotten almost everyone's cup, and I had to remind her. The drink machine also had no ice, and the drinks were neither cold nor fizzy. A worker was also somewhat rude.

One of the longest waiting times. Couldn't be bothered to wait, I just left.
Half an hour gone, my order was still not on the 'now preparing' list. Shucks. Who wants to just take mine?

Lady was rude. When I ordered the mac and cheese with popcorn chicken, I was not given a spoon. I was understanding enough to go and ask for a spoon, and guess what the lady did. She side-eyed me, leaned over the counter, and instead of just using both hands to separate a spoon, she went OUT OF HER WAY to use one hand and the TABLE to separate it! Wow! Just such amazing customer service!
I also had a drink with the meal, and no lid was given. When I went to fill my drink, I tried pressing for the ice for five minutes, and NO ICE CAME OUT. As I write this, I am noticing other customers having the same issues (seven or eight customers, excluding me). And this isn't even the worst part.
The mac and cheese honestly tastes undercooked, making me question how NEA passed this fast food restaurant chain in J8. I think that NEA should seriously consider giving this establishment another look, as it is taking up the space of potential stores that are probably better than this one.

The chicken was crispy and juicy, just the way I like it. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The restaurant was clean and inviting, a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. I'll definitely be back for more of that delicious chicken soon. Overall, it was a fantastic fast food experience.

I asked for takeaway, and they just gave me a plastic bag. Then their face was all attitude towards customers. Lousy service. I'll never have KFC again.

Very poor experience at KFC Bishan Junction 8. I ordered my meal at 8:54 PM and had to wait until 9:37 PM—over 40 minutes—just for a single meal. While waiting, I saw multiple cases of poor service and mismanagement.
Another customer with order #8980 ordered at around 8:30 PM and waited over an hour, only to find out that the item she ordered was unavailable. No staff informed her of this until she asked again, at which point she had no choice but to take whatever was available, as she was too hungry by then.
Another customer who ordered popcorn chicken also waited 30 minutes, only to realize—after he inquired—that the item was unavailable. Had he not asked, he might have kept waiting indefinitely, just like the lady who waited an hour for nothing.
To make matters worse, Grab delivery riders were stuck waiting excessively at the counter. The store was already struggling to fulfill in-store orders but continued accepting Grab orders, worsening delays for both customers and riders. This affects the riders’ earnings as they spend excessive time waiting for a single order.
Extremely poor store management and terrible service. The staff showed no accountability in keeping customers informed. KFC needs to urgently address this store’s inefficiencies before more customers face the same frustration.

Generally, their chicken seems to be freshly done and hot, and it's crispy!

We came at approximately 7:30 PM on a Friday evening, and the tables and seats weren't clean. There was a long wait of 25 minutes for food for two people.
Despite the poor service, I would come back for such hot and crispy chicken because not every KFC outlet is good.
