I ordered a mix of Crispy & Spicy + Original Recipe chicken, but they only gave me Original! When I asked for exchange, the staff didn’t even fix it—just ignored me! On top of that, they missed my tenders completely! What’s the point of ordering if they can’t get it right? No apology, no effort to correct it. Waste of money and time! Never ordering from this location again.

5 star service from Miss April. Bought a digital deal from shoppee. Had some trouble with using it. Expiry is on today 31st Dec 24. Had Miss April patiently help me with the redemption despite the restaurant being busy. Her service standard is superb and i think kfc is fortunate to have staff that cares for the customers.

The food is okay, place is okay. Cashier Staff Shannon Attitude is no good, not only rude, when stood infront of the cashier, didn’t bother to ask if we are queuing to order. Only told us that we must tell her we are ordering. Then we stand at the cashier for? When made requests when ordering, everything also no, not flexible. Rude stuff, bad attitude.

Terrible service. Since then, staff always so slow. You cant call this fast food. Always will take you minimum 30mins for your order. Worst part is there will always be missing items. It was already like this 10 years ago and service havent changed. KFC better review this branch specially the staff.

It was a horrible experience. We visited here for a quick meal on Saturday morning. It took more than 25min until we received our meal. Can I refer it to ‘fast food’? The staff were not friendly, rather rude.

KFC should not brand itself as fast food. Bishan Junction 8 is infamous for its terrible fast food, but KFC takes the mick. The minimum waiting time is 15 minutes, even well past lunchtime; on average, I wait 30 minutes. People choose fast food because they are in a rush and do not have the luxury of time. Please know your customer base. Nice touch with the renovation, but the service and time management are still terrible.

Terrible service. The staff have always been so slow. You can't call this fast food. It will always take a minimum of 30 minutes for your order. The worst part is there will always be missing items.
