Food was nice but the lady at the counter could be more service oriented. Maybe because she was alone tending to the lunch crowd. Service level could have been improved. No wait for table but the food took a good 10-15mins.

Service standard n food quality have dropped. Waited 25 mins to get my food n drink. Messy presentation. No space to return tray. Main problem is single staff handling store. Poor her. Rich boss.

I know Joe & Dough is probably more known for its coffee (although not sure if it’s still the case) but this iced matcha latte is disappointing. I would expect it to be relatively decent given its price at
$7.50 but it’s just lousy. The matcha powder was not well dissolved and the proportion of milk is unbalanced. Even after the constant stirring, still left a strong powdery aftertaste

Observed that many groups of diners hogged the seats after their meals, leaving very few tables available for other potential customers. If you are alone, tough to reserve a table before ordering the food. Witnessed someone who was alone had the table he eyed taken by others while he was at the counter.
Quite a few items on the menu were not available that afternoon. Coffee served in disposable cups even though we dined in, and they came 3/4 filled only. Cost cutting? Added on a cake and drink but the cake was so dry. Disappointing. Main course was pretty decent.
The 2 service staff were not too interested to serve. Perhaps they were shorthanded so both staff were just busy preparing the food.
Definitely has room for improvement.

Never ever buy this coffee card from this outlet because when the date smudged. They don’t responsible for the coffee that you have paid for. They said they can’t track and unable to let you redeem. You have to go back to original outlet that you bought it from. I used to be huge lover for Joe & Dough but sorry will not come back anymore.

The shop service was bad. 8pm walk in staff tell you we are closing at 8:30pm. Oven already close cannot heat up the cake. May I knw why close so early? Staff was rushing fast fast to close shop

Food: 4/5 Quite tasty
Service: 2/5 Sunday afternoon, took >20mins for drinks to be ready and is lukewarm. When asked if the drinks is ready, attitude is bad and non-apologetic

went for drinks after dinner with friends.
we arrived just before 8pm n the staff "we close at 8.30pm ok?" shock n stunned. I asked if we can sit around. she said NO! no smile, very blunt n abrupt. still we ordered. she was very impatient.
we should have made our first choice of going to Swensens instead of spending there. she came chasing every table out when closing. so we should not have given joe n dough biz. so we head down to swensens.

We should have made our first choice of going to Swensen's instead of spending our time there. She came around, chasing every table out as closing time approached. So, we should not have given Joe & Dough our business. We ended up heading down to Swensen's.

The shop service was bad. At 8 PM, upon walking in, staff told me, "We are closing at 8:30 PM." The oven was already shut, so they couldn't heat up the cake. May I know why they close so early? Staff was rushing to close the shop.

Good coffee, blueberry muffin and dark chocolate brownie were warmed before serving. Brownie was not too sweet, same with the muffin. Small space so seating is a bot tight. Note that there is a one hour limit when dining here so manage your expectations.

This cafe serves decent food although it only has a small open kitchen. It’s in the open atrium area, but surprisingly the noise level is moderate.
It’s self-service and you pick up the food at the counter when the buzzer rings. Food and drinks are ready relatively quickly, even on a Sunday at lunch time when the cafe is 80% full.

Joe and Dough offers a decent cafe experience. Their coffee is reliably good, and the pastries are a pleasant treat. Overall, a pleasant choice for a quick coffee break or a casual meet-up.

A cozy spot that’s perfect for catching up with friends and casual chit-chat. The coffee is decent, not too sweet, just right for a relaxed hangout.

Look at the latte art here, impressive!! Like the service staff here too. She asked me if I had found a table since I wanted to order 2 cups of cafe latte. Told her that I haven’t and could wait for the next available table. Soon enough, his colleague managed to find an empty table for us. The slice of chocolate cake was delicious too. Not too sweet and it’s so fragrant. By the way, if you like the coffee here, do purchase the coffee card (for 8 cups of coffee) with a validity of 3 months. It makes drinking coffee here so much more economical!

Service is prompt and helpful. Coffee is good. Price is similar to the other coffee joints in malls. Not very crowded so quite comfortable. Nice for weekday tea or coffee break. Wouldn't come during peak hours or weekend as Junction 8 is very crowded.
