Look at the latte art here, impressive!! Like the service staff here too. She asked me if I had found a table since I wanted to order 2 cups of cafe latte. Told her that I haven’t and could wait for the next available table. Soon enough, his colleague managed to find an empty table for us. The slice of chocolate cake was delicious too. Not too sweet and it’s so fragrant. By the way, if you like the coffee here, do purchase the coffee card (for 8 cups of coffee) with a validity of 3 months. It makes drinking coffee here so much more economical!

Never ever buy this coffee card from this outlet because when the date smudged. They don’t responsible for the coffee that you have paid for. They said they can’t track and unable to let you redeem. You have to go back to original outlet that you bought it from. I used to be huge lover for Joe & Dough but sorry will not come back anymore.

Observed that many groups of diners hogged the seats after their meals, leaving very few tables available for other potential customers. If you are alone, tough to reserve a table before ordering the food. Witnessed someone who was alone had the table he eyed taken by others while he was at the counter. Quite a few items on the menu were not available that afternoon. Coffee served in disposable cups even though we dined in, and they came 3/4 filled only. Cost cutting? Added on a cake and drink but the cake was so dry. Disappointing. Main course was pretty decent. The 2 service staff were not too interested to serve. Perhaps they were shorthanded so both staff were just busy preparing the food. Definitely has room for improvement.

Food was nice but the lady at the counter could be more service oriented. Maybe because she was alone tending to the lunch crowd. Service level could have been improved. No wait for table but the food took a good 10-15mins.

A cozy spot that’s perfect for catching up with friends and casual chit-chat. The coffee is decent, not too sweet, just right for a relaxed hangout.

I know Joe & Dough is probably more known for its coffee (although not sure if it’s still the case) but this iced matcha latte is disappointing. I would expect it to be relatively decent given its price at $7.50 but it’s just lousy. The matcha powder was not well dissolved and the proportion of milk is unbalanced. Even after the constant stirring, still left a strong powdery aftertaste

Joe and Dough offers a decent cafe experience. Their coffee is reliably good, and the pastries are a pleasant treat. Overall, a pleasant choice for a quick coffee break or a casual meet-up.

Service standard n food quality have dropped. Waited 25 mins to get my food n drink. Messy presentation. No space to return tray. Main problem is single staff handling store. Poor her. Rich boss.

This cafe serves decent food although it only has a small open kitchen. It’s in the open atrium area, but surprisingly the noise level is moderate. It’s self-service and you pick up the food at the counter when the buzzer rings. Food and drinks are ready relatively quickly, even on a Sunday at lunch time when the cafe is 80% full.

The shop service was bad. 8pm walk in staff tell you we are closing at 8:30pm. Oven already close cannot heat up the cake. May I knw why close so early? Staff was rushing fast fast to close shop
