The shop service was bad. At 8 PM, upon walking in, staff told me, "We are closing at 8:30 PM." The oven was already shut, so they couldn't heat up the cake. May I know why they close so early? Staff was rushing to close the shop.

The latte art here is impressive! I also liked the service staff. She asked me if I had found a table, as I wanted to order two cups of cafe latte. I told her I hadn't yet, and that I could wait for the next available table. Soon enough, her colleague managed to find an empty table for us. The slice of chocolate cake was delicious too. It wasn't too sweet and was so fragrant. By the way, if you like the coffee here, do purchase the coffee card (for 8 cups of coffee), valid for 3 months. It makes drinking coffee here so much more economical!

Never ever buy this coffee card from this outlet. If the date smudges, they aren't responsible for the coffee you've paid for. They said they can't track it and are unable to let you redeem. You have to go back to the original outlet that you bought it from. I used to be a huge lover of Joe & Dough, but I'm sorry to say I will not be coming back anymore.

Observed that many groups of diners hogged the seats after their meals, leaving very few tables available for other potential customers. If you are alone, it's tough to reserve a table before ordering food. I witnessed a solo diner lose the table they had eyed while at the counter. Quite a few items on the menu were not available that afternoon. Coffee was served in disposable cups even though we dined in, and they came only three-quarters full. Cost cutting? We also added on a cake and drink, but the cake was so dry. Disappointing. The main course was pretty decent. The two service staff seemed uninterested in serving. Perhaps they were shorthanded, as they were both busy preparing food. It definitely has room for improvement.

A cozy spot that’s perfect for catching up with friends and for casual chit-chat. The coffee is decent, not too sweet, just right for a relaxed hangout.

I know Joe & Dough is probably more known for its coffee (though I'm not sure if that's still the case), but this iced matcha latte is disappointing. I would expect it to be relatively decent given its $7.50 price, but it’s just lousy. The matcha powder was not well dissolved, and the proportion of milk was unbalanced. Even after constant stirring, it still left a strong powdery aftertaste.

Joe and Dough offers a decent cafe experience. Their coffee is reliably good, and the pastries are a pleasant treat. Overall, it's a pleasant choice for a quick coffee break or a casual meet-up.

Service standards and food quality have dropped. I waited 25 minutes to get my food and drink. Messy presentation. There was no space to return the tray. The main problem is a single staff member handling the store. Poor her. Rich boss.

Food was nice, but the lady at the counter could be more service-oriented, perhaps because she was alone tending to the lunch crowd. Service level could have been improved. There was no wait for a table, but the food took a good 10-15 minutes.

This cafe serves decent food despite having only a small open kitchen. It’s in the open atrium area, but surprisingly the noise level is moderate. It’s self-service, and you pick up the food at the counter when the buzzer rings. Food and drinks are ready relatively quickly, even on a Sunday at lunchtime when the cafe is 80% full.
