Food is good and prices are competitive. Staff is usually overwhelmed during the evening peak hours. But otherwise, you can experience the best customer service around. Excellent!

I like the extra crispy chicken (garlic seafood flavour). I often buy it. However, I just had this again, and it was too salty. Has the quality dropped, or is there new staff?

The staff here noticeably and consistently gives less (barely any, in my opinion) seasoning/powder for fried stuff compared to other outlets. This has been consistent over the many years I've bought from them, despite staff changes. I would rather patronise the other outlets because of this. Taste-wise, it is poorer than other outlets due to the aforementioned reason.

Caramel milk tea had a mild caramel taste. Pearls were good, chewy, firm, and sweet.
Mushroom with seaweed flavour was fantastic. Perfectly fried. Crispy batter and umami flavour.

The crew member, Xinyi, was quite unhelpful. I asked for less ice for a bbt order on Shopee, but she was rude and insisted that redeemed orders can’t have less ice, even when I said I could pay more money to top up. If this is the case, maybe don’t list on Shopee if you’re so inflexible.

Honestly, the food was not bad, but the service I had was horrendous. I ordered two crispy chickens, and it took about 20 minutes. When I was waiting for my order, I slowly started to realise that people who ordered after me were getting their orders first. I can understand if it were just drinks, but some were full orders of food, like fries. I saw them drop the fries when they took out my chicken, and somehow the fries got served earlier than mine, which was sitting there collecting dust. But whatever, right? When I went to collect my food, I simply asked if it was okay to separate the two chickens into individual bags, and the staff gave me a 'black face' as if I was the one in the wrong. My food was sitting for so long; no one went to cut it or anything. Staff went to do other things, like searching for money or talking to other staff. Overall, the food was decent, but the staff that day ruined the experience.

I like this Taimei outlet. The staff are very friendly, and the food is very nice. It was made by a young, handsome boy. I like the smile on his face, and the other staff are friendly too. He made my day brighter :) Love you, Taimei. Hope you give him a promotion🤗

I've bought over a dozen times from this outlet.
The staff is very busy during lunchtime, but they still make the effort to attend to customers and serve.
The drink taste is very consistent, and it's one of my go-to milk teas in the area. Keep it up!
