Food is good and prices are competitive. Staff is usually overwhelmed during the evening peak hours. But otherwise, you can experience on the best customer service around. Excellent!

Ordered the fried chicken and some drinks for our snack. Food wasn't too bad but found pieces of seemingly what looked like hair fried together with the batter for the chicken...

Pretty shocked by their standard of food and drinks. The drink tasted really bad of very strong artificial flavouring: the osmanthus tasted nothing like osmanthus tea, it reeked of such strong artificial flavouring that it tasted like some rose water. And the enoki mushrooms tasted of just flour and looked nothing like what was displayed in their menu - there is definitely a lot of room for improvement for the batter used to coat the enoki mushrooms. There was also a very strong oily taste to it, as if the oil had been reused over & over again. It was simply unbelievable that such food standards could exist in a mall at a prime location. Their food was also far too pricey for such a quality. Not recommended at all!

Got milk tea instead of green milk tea. The colour was obviously darker, it’s brownish instead of my usual whitish drink. But they looked at it and said it’s green milk tea. Tried when I’m home and it’s milk tea. Staff need to be better trained, they can’t even tell what tea is it by the obvious colour. Or they didn’t want to admit cos they would have to make another drink. It’s important to know your own drinks well. Especially such obvious difference. I didn’t insist that it’s wrong cos since they said it’s correct, so I was like okay maybe the tea colour changed?? But this is truly black tea.

Opens at 11am, it’s Saturday 1pm and they’ve run out of mushrooms. This outlet often has rude girls working there, rude to all delivery riders especially busy time. Is mostly the same bad attitude, to all customers, seen it too many times. Only 2/8 times experienced better service.

Unethical. I wanted to order 4 portions of lu rou fan. They said they only had sufficient meat for 2 portions. However, I came home to find this miserable amount of meat. It looks like they only have enough meat for one portion; even for that, it's not enough. This, by the way, is $4. This kind of practice gives a bad name to chain businesses over minor things like portioning. Stingy, unethical practices never see success.
