The staff here noticeably and consistently gives lesser (barely any imo) seasoning/powder for fried stuff compared to other outlets. This has been consistent over the many years I've bought despite staff changes. Would rather patronise the other outlets instead because of this. Taste wise is poorer than other outlets due to above-mentioned.

Bought over a dozen times from this outlet.
Staff is very busy during lunch time but makes the effort to attend and serve.
Drink taste is very consistent and one of my go to milk teas in the area. Keep it up!

Caramel milk tea had a mild caramel taste. Pearl were good, chewy, firm and sweet.
Mushroom with seaweed flavour was fantastic. Perfectly fried. Crispy batter and umami flavour.

I like this taimei outlet very friendly and the food very nice made by a young handsome boy. I like the smile on his face and other staff. He made my day brighter up :) love you taimei. Hope you give him a promotion🤗

Crew xinyi was quite unhelpful. Asked for less ice for an bbt order on Shopee but she was rude and insisted redemption can’t have less ice even when I said I can pay more money to top up. If this is the case, maybe don’t list on Shopee if you’re so inflexible

honestly food was not bad but the service i had was horrendous. I ordered 2 crispy chicken n it took like a 20 mins, when i was waiting for my order i slowly started to realise that people who order after me were getting their order first and i can understand if it were drinks but some were full orders of food like fries. I saw them drop the fries when they took out my chicken n somehow the fries got served earlier than mine which was sitting there collecting dust but wtv right when i went to collect my food i simply ask if it was okay to separate the 2 chicken in individual bags and the staff gave me “Black Face” as if i was the one in the wrong? like my food was sitting for so long, no one went to cut it or anything, staff went to do other things like searching for money, talking to other staff. Overall food was decent but the staff that day ruined the experience.

Food is good and prices are competitive. Staff is usually overwhelmed during the evening peak hours. But otherwise, you can experience on the best customer service around. Excellent!
