Unethical… wanted to order 4 portions of lu rou fan. They said they only have sufficient meat for 2 portions… came home to find out this miserable amount of meat… looks like they only have enough meat for 1 portion or even then, it’s not enough. This by the way is $4… giving a bad name to chain businesses over minor things like portioning… stingy ethical practices never see success

honestly food was not bad but the service i had was horrendous. I ordered 2 crispy chicken n it took like a 20 mins, when i was waiting for my order i slowly started to realise that people who order after me were getting their order first and i can understand if it were drinks but some were full orders of food like fries. I saw them drop the fries when they took out my chicken n somehow the fries got served earlier than mine which was sitting there collecting dust but wtv right when i went to collect my food i simply ask if it was okay to separate the 2 chicken in individual bags and the staff gave me “Black Face” as if i was the one in the wrong? like my food was sitting for so long, no one went to cut it or anything, staff went to do other things like searching for money, talking to other staff. Overall food was decent but the staff that day ruined the experience.

Crew xinyi was quite unhelpful. Asked for less ice for an bbt order on Shopee but she was rude and insisted redemption can’t have less ice even when I said I can pay more money to top up. If this is the case, maybe don’t list on Shopee if you’re so inflexible

The staff here noticeably and consistently gives lesser (barely any imo) seasoning/powder for fried stuff compared to other outlets. This has been consistent over the many years I've bought despite staff changes. Would rather patronise the other outlets instead because of this. Taste wise is poorer than other outlets due to above-mentioned.

Pretty shocked by their standard of food and drinks. The drink tasted really bad of very strong artificial flavouring: the osmanthus tasted nothing like osmanthus tea, it reeked of such strong artificial flavouring that it tasted like some rose water. And the enoki mushrooms tasted of just flour and looked nothing like what was displayed in their menu - there is definitely a lot of room for improvement for the batter used to coat the enoki mushrooms. There was also a very strong oily taste to it, as if the oil had been reused over & over again. It was simply unbelievable that such food standards could exist in a mall at a prime location. Their food was also far too pricey for such a quality. Not recommended at all!

Got milk tea instead of green milk tea. The colour was obviously darker, it’s brownish instead of my usual whitish drink. But they looked at it and said it’s green milk tea. Tried when I’m home and it’s milk tea. Staff need to be better trained, they can’t even tell what tea is it by the obvious colour. Or they didn’t want to admit cos they would have to make another drink. It’s important to know your own drinks well. Especially such obvious difference. I didn’t insist that it’s wrong cos since they said it’s correct, so I was like okay maybe the tea colour changed?? But this is truly black tea. ————————————————————————- Opens at 11am, it’s Saturday 1pm and they’ve run out of mushrooms. This outlet often has rude girls working there, rude to all delivery riders especially busy time. Is mostly the same bad attitude, to all customers, seen it too many times. Only 2/8 times experienced better service.
