I previously bought a pair of shoes from Jurong Point branch and was impressed by how comfortable the shoes were. Hence i thought of visiting another branch to get another pair of sneakers. Visited the Junction 8 branch and was greeted by terrible customer service. The lady was so dismissive and disregarded most of our questions. Let me give u a few examples: I asked for another size that I didnt manage to find on their displays. And the lady was so frustrated at our qns and repeatedly asked us to go and check the display shoes sizes again. Only upon multiple request, then did the lady went in to check for me. Another example is when we wanted to sign up for member during payment. We couldnt use our phone numbers to sign up as their website had some bugs and kept directing us to sign up using email. When we voiced out the issue, she smirked and dismissed us, saying in her words “cannot be lah, othercustomers also can. Then is not our problem already. I cannot do anything”. I believe that its part of her job description to answer customers queries isnt it? Tldr poor customer service. If you are in the service line, pls at least be comfortable and willing to talk to customers. Not asking for anything more.
