I’m delighted to be served by your sales staff, Esther. She’s good and explained the various types of walking shoes. She’s patient with me for trying out different shoes and explained the current promotions & offer. Hence I purchased a pair of shoes as well as a slip on sandals which I paid for $0.99 based on the current promotion. She deserves a 5 stars rating ⭐

As always, I like shoes for walking. When I saw this store newly opened, I bought a pair of Yunduo shoes. They feel more comfortable than those bought in China!

I previously bought a pair of shoes from Jurong Point branch and was impressed by how comfortable the shoes were. Hence i thought of visiting another branch to get another pair of sneakers. Visited the Junction 8 branch and was greeted by terrible customer service. The lady was so dismissive and disregarded most of our questions. Let me give u a few examples: I asked for another size that I didnt manage to find on their displays. And the lady was so frustrated at our qns and repeatedly asked us to go and check the display shoes sizes again. Only upon multiple request, then did the lady went in to check for me. Another example is when we wanted to sign up for member during payment. We couldnt use our phone numbers to sign up as their website had some bugs and kept directing us to sign up using email. When we voiced out the issue, she smirked and dismissed us, saying in her words “cannot be lah, othercustomers also can. Then is not our problem already. I cannot do anything”. I believe that its part of her job description to answer customers queries isnt it? Tldr poor customer service. If you are in the service line, pls at least be comfortable and willing to talk to customers. Not asking for anything more.

Checked out this brand after neighbour’s recommendation. Ended everyone got a pair each (5 went). Nice sales staff and really light, antislip shoes. Was told the shoes can be washed in washing machine. Got some socks in a lucky draw spin too. They are running a trade in deal now. Trade in any shoes, $20 off for kids shoes (size 35 & smaller) and $10 for the rest of the sizes.

We are back to get some new shoes for CNY. They have unisex styles that are suitable for both adults and children and they are super lightweight, comfy and have the softest soles! My boys walked all over Turkey and China for a month in theirs with zero complaints. 👍🏻👍🏻 …
