This is rice ? Isn’t this a kway?
Ordered $11 of nasi lemak and the rice is one big lump. Can’t even be separated. They should be happy there isn’t a zero star review. Can’t even cook rice properly wanna open f&b

To the owners: I love the nasi lemak but the efficiency of you staff will drive business away.
Work process can be streamlined and speed of service increased.
Queued for food as the queue was short but waited more than 15mins for food.
Deeply disappointed. Doesn't help to have nasi lemak craving and a plane to catch .

Very disappointed. Passion card has promotion $3off with a minimum spend of $15. I paid by passion card & yet no discount. After paying i saw the promotion sign which was not put at the cashier side & most customer will missed it. I alerted the staff and she said she don't know as she is a part-timer and another staff said I have to alert them. I said the promotion signage shd be put at the payment side and not at the collect area. You need to look into this. Pls put promotion sinage at cashier area.

The only way Crave junction 8 is successful in, is to piss off their customers. I am one of them. Ordered 5 chicken wings, made to wait for more than 10 mins even though the wings were all just there. 2 workers in the stall slowly packing orders. I waited with confusion only to get really pissed off when an auntie came after me got her one chicken wing first. Only then I asked the worker to give me my wings and finally she packed them for me……. Successfully pissed me off. Never again I will buy from them. This is the second time I got similar experience and I am done.

Bought a $6.90 chicken cutlet and paid using a $10 note.
However change was given a $2 note, 10cents and a 5cents.
I dont know how anyone can mistake a $1 coin and a 5cents coin.
The malay lady staff was also very slow to take order and doing her own things.

Ordered Ayam Rempah Nasi lemak, was told have to wait for 5mins which is fine, but when reached home then saw the chicken is charred until the skin is near black and dry and tasted "chow-tar", also only have part of the egg white, not the whole egg. Will avoid this store.

Food is delicious & service is efficient! Would be great if the outlet had more drink options.

Today 28 June 2025 at 915pm I had the nicest sumptuous crunchiest chicken wings & french bean veggies tasty very well cooked easy bites. I trust this heartland outlets is the best Nasi Lemak I tried as compared to CPD’s Town areas.
Chicken Wing has improved quite alot not too dry as compared to last years 2024. As you walked by shopping malls you can smells the fried aroma. To the shop owner pls make the crunchiness like Long John Silver crush this old school method will you tons of customers queue up for more!
Rice 🍚 just the right amount not too oily but a little dry though. I like the sambal chilli 🌶️ not too overly spicy that’s good thing. 👍🏻 Eggs still look fresh chewy including fish fillet & ikan billis still have the crunchiness.
Btw was served during closing time by an Indian girl she was in a rush perhaps good business till overshacked could it be the lightings for the food 🥘 overshine the heating light 💡? Anyway she was attentive managed to packed in a box for me.
I also advice that the box can overturn the food if they can use a rubble bands to tied around it to prevent from topple.

Was a bittersweet experience. It was my 4th time patronising the stall in view of Shopback's 30% off promotion recently. While no doubt I still enjoy the nasi lemak sets and their quality, one thing to take note is that there are a couple of egg shells found in the fried egg while tucking in, hence a 4 star experience. Looking forward to patronising again and hopefully it would be an improved one in future...

The staff will tell us beforehand how many minutes to wait. Beef Redang set no more when I ordered. Fast selling. Tried before and highly recommended the Beef Redang set.

I think there is a real shortage of manpower at this site as the lady at the counter was seriously overwhelmed with the orders.
I assumed she wanted to clear the orders as quick as possible thus she had to packed my food with missing begedil peanuts and Ikan bilis without informing me. Thus when I arrived at home with the missing items I felt a bit shortchanged. Please help to provide more staff for this place
*Edit
Recent visits in June 2025 has shown that there is a change in staff. I appreciate the staff informing of the waiting time and they also are patient to ensure that the order is correct. Glad to see customer service taking feedbacks seriously
Thank you
