Went there on 23 Apr'22 around 6.15pm to buy a birthday cake for my daughter and left the shop. Checked and discovered there was no candles inside, so went back to request for the candles. The cashier is kind of rude and showed a dark face. The kind of service attitude is unacceptable. The staff seriously need some training.

Had pre ordered the cake and requested for a certain number of candles. Upon collection, told me ran out of smaller candles and stock not here yet. Told me to just put big candles or put more. That's disrespectful to the birthday girl. Gave me alternative for number candles, but I had to pay for them ..... was that even a logical suggestion? Pay more for your shortsightedness in a pre ordered cake and indicated number of candles? That's poor customer service.

Went there on April 23, 2022, around 6:15 PM to buy a birthday cake for my daughter and left the shop. Checked and discovered there were no candles inside, so went back to request the candles. - Mom usually bought the cute fruity ice-cream pack for $3.00. Can feel the fruitiness instantly but quite sweet in taste. - Had White Zebra slice cake for own birthday treat and have to say it tastes way better than Coffeebean's cakes. Not so high-cost than Coffeebean's.

Quality and variety were amongst the best. Well known for its addictive items made from high-quality ingredients. Services from the team was exceptional! Denzel was friendly and offered recommendations on what we should try when he saw us standing in front of the display chiller contemplating what to order. He then noted our request accordingly and had the various slices packed as instructed. SiYin processed our payment, she was efficient, and cheerful. She handled our cash payment in a very pleasant manner as we were not conversant with e-payment. Kieran was hardworking and was seen busy arranging and replenishing items at the display. Observed excellent teamwork amongst them!

I'm so in love w their ice cream, cheap and so rich in favour, but melt fast so enjoy immediate after buying. This shop very close to mrt stn, can buy cake n their other snack with a small ice bag prepared by them and straight go back home easily.

I was served by an exceptional staff member, Kieran, as he was extremely knowledgeable and proactive in approaching me when he saw that I was confused about the different types of cream puffs. He recommended the standard one while sharing the distinct differences between the few types, such as the flavours and sweetness. His proactiveness and initiative really made this outlet stand out compared to the others that I frequent, and I would definitely patronize this place again!
