Challenger is always the great place to shop for IT gadgets, the key differentiator for them is the excellent customer service.
Bought an item last evening and one of the function not working due to hardware failure from the principle. I went back for exchange today, apparently under the policy this item is not exchangeable and it should be send to the service centre for repair.
Edward's was the staff attended to me, he explained to me the policy patiently and go extra mile to call his manager that happened to be away today. While waiting for the response, he try to check the item physically to verify the problem does not caused by operations.
The manager was responsive, though he is not working today. He surely empathized the frustration of a customer whom just bought this brand new item less than 24 hours ago and decided to make the exceptional exchange.

Staff can be very helpful. The store is tiny though… can ask the staff to help bring the items from other outlets if u know specifically what u want. Pay first then collect later.

This afternoon my friend brought me to Challenger store at Junction 8.
I was highly recommended this store for good service. A staff, Mr Teng was very patient and friendly in helping me with getting a sport fitness watch. Though l didn't manage to get the watch as it wasn't compatible to my health fitness apps, l sincerely appreciate his passionate and patient service.

The staff Qi Xiaoguang was impatient and rude. When tried to clarify what he was saying, he just kept repeating the same words and raised his voice. Also witnessed another customer coming in asking for help about noise cancellation headphones that were purchased and the abovementioned staff very rudely and curtly said "cannot help."
The other staff were fine. In fact one of them had tried to intervene to help.

Staff Qi XiaoGuang is very rude and not talking properly. Telling ppl to do stuff like his dog. Keep chatting with other staff members. When asking if can just give him phone number to check, he start to say very rudely with his tone saying that’s why tell u to check if u have the app and everything then start to mumble within himself

Staff member Qi Xiaoguang was very unprofessional. He asked if i wanted to sign up for membership, i did not want to, because it is a one time purchase. After purchasing a universal travel adapter, noticed on the receipt that he signed me up for the membership. Had to ask another staff to refund the membership fee and pay remaining amount.
