Horrible. Wanted an earphone and showed them my phone. They immediately recommended a $48 one and didn't tell me any other options. Later, the earphone did not work on my phone. They then said it was my phone's problem, not theirs, even though they chose it for me. They 'solved' the situation by letting me 'exchange' it for an earphone that was worth only $12. Later, they gave me other things to make up the $48 total. So I ended up with an earphone and two random items that I didn't need in the first place, because they couldn't refund. A waste of my money.

Very good customer service! I signed up for the membership but encountered some errors and was unable to activate my account. Jenson and his team tried their best to help me in-store to no avail, but followed up on it even after I went home! Will recommend and visit next time :)) Thank you! 😊

Challenger is always a great place to shop for IT gadgets; their key differentiator is excellent customer service.
I bought an item last evening, and one of the functions was not working due to a hardware failure from the manufacturer. I went back for an exchange today. Apparently, under policy, this item is not exchangeable and should be sent to the service centre for repair.
Edward was the staff member who attended to me. He explained the policy patiently and went the extra mile to call his manager, who happened to be away today. While waiting for a response, he tried to physically check the item to verify the problem was not caused by user error.
The manager was responsive, even though he was not working today. He surely empathized with the frustration of a customer who had just bought this brand new item less than 24 hours ago and decided to allow for an exceptional exchange.
Kudos to Edward and Mark (the manager).

Staff member Qi Xiaoguang was impatient and rude. When I tried to clarify what he was saying, he just kept repeating the same words and raised his voice. I also witnessed another customer come in asking for help about noise-cancellation headphones they had purchased, and this staff member very rudely and curtly said, "Cannot help."
The other staff were fine. In fact, one of them tried to intervene to help.

This afternoon, my friend brought me to the Challenger store at Junction 8. This store was highly recommended to me for its good service. A staff member, Mr. Teng, was very patient and friendly in helping me find a sport fitness watch. Though I didn't manage to get the watch as it wasn't compatible with my health fitness apps, I sincerely appreciate his passionate and patient service. Please convey my appreciation to Mr. Teng and his young staff for their excellent customer service and for giving me a pleasant experience at your store.

Staff member Qi Xiaoguang was very unprofessional. He asked if I wanted to sign up for membership. I did not want to, because it was a one-time purchase. After purchasing a universal travel adapter, I noticed on the receipt that he signed me up for the membership. I had to ask another staff member to refund the membership fee and pay the remaining amount.

Staff Qi XiaoGuang is very rude and speaks disrespectfully. He told people to do things as if they were his dogs. He kept chatting with other staff members. When I asked if I could just give him my phone number to check, he started to say very rudely, stating with a harsh tone, "That's why I told you to check if you have the app and everything," then started to mumble to himself.
