Staff Qi XiaoGuang is very rude and not talking properly. Telling ppl to do stuff like his dog. Keep chatting with other staff members. When asking if can just give him phone number to check, he start to say very rudely with his tone saying that’s why tell u to check if u have the app and everything then start to mumble within himself

Staff member Qi Xiaoguang was very unprofessional. He asked if i wanted to sign up for membership, i did not want to, because it is a one time purchase. After purchasing a universal travel adapter, noticed on the receipt that he signed me up for the membership. Had to ask another staff to refund the membership fee and pay remaining amount.

The staff Qi Xiaoguang was impatient and rude. When tried to clarify what he was saying, he just kept repeating the same words and raised his voice. Also witnessed another customer coming in asking for help about noise cancellation headphones that were purchased and the abovementioned staff very rudely and curtly said "cannot help."
The other staff were fine. In fact one of them had tried to intervene to help.

Later on the earphone did not work on my phone and then they said it is my phone problem not theirs even though they chose it for me. Solved the situation my letting me "exchange" with a earphone that is worth $12+. Later on gave me things so that they would add up to $48. So i ended up with a earphone and 2 random items that i didnt neeed in the first place because they cant refund. A waste of my money

Bought an item last evening and one of the function not working due to hardware failure from the principle. I went back for exchange today, apparently under the policy this item is not exchangeable and it should be send to the service centre for repair.
Edward's was the staff attended to me, he explained to me the policy patiently and go extra mile to call his manager that happened to be away today. While waiting for the response, he try to check the item physically to verify the problem does not caused by operations.
The manager was responsive, though he is not working today. He surely empathized the frustration of a customer whom just bought this brand new item less than 24 hours ago and decided to make the exceptional exchange.

Visited the bishan challenger and was attended by Fung Ping Nan, friendly staff. He listened to my concerns and help me resolve my issues immediately.
TLDR, my Logitech mx anywhere 3 mouse wasn’t working properly and was still on warranty so before I went down I contacted the appropriate channel as indicated on the challenger website but was directed back and forth to their IT support company, at the end I got it resolve less than 10 mins in store.
Overall satisfied with Ping Nam for helping me. Thank you! Would recommend my friend to shop here in future!
