Horrible. Wanted a earphone and showed them my phone. Immediately reccomended a $48 one and didnt tell me any other options. Later on the earphone did not work on my phone and then they said it is my phone problem not theirs even though they chose it for me. Solved the situation my letting me "exchange" with a earphone that is worth $12+. Later on gave me things so that they would add up to $48. So i ended up with a earphone and 2 random items that i didnt neeed in the first place because they cant refund. A waste of my money

Very bad experience from staff Qi Xiaguong. Not helpful, does not acknowledge customers and could not even speak or understand simple English. Needed another staff to come in to interpret.

Visited the bishan challenger and was attended by Fung Ping Nan, friendly staff. He listened to my concerns and help me resolve my issues immediately.
TLDR, my Logitech mx anywhere 3 mouse wasn’t working properly and was still on warranty so before I went down I contacted the appropriate channel as indicated on the challenger website but was directed back and forth to their IT support company, at the end I got it resolve less than 10 mins in store.
Overall satisfied with Ping Nam for helping me. Thank you! Would recommend my friend to shop here in future!

Staff can be very helpful. The store is tiny, though. You can ask the staff to help bring items from other outlets if you know specifically what you want. You pay first, then collect later.

My sister needed to buy a mobile phone to replace her old one, which was giving her problems. Upon learning of her difficulty with backing up her old phone and setting up a new one, Muhammed from Challenger offered to help her with this. This offer from Muhammed helped her decide on the spot to buy a new mobile phone from Challenger. Thank you very much to Muhammed and his colleague, Teng, who also assisted with backing up and setting up the new mobile phone for my sister. Kudos to their excellent service and help.
