Bought a Fan here (claimed climate voucher ) served by George and Yong Hoe. They are so helpful, patient and friendly. Great customer service, keep it up!

We had an unpleasant experience shopping in this outlet. We needed a laptop quickly so we went in to make some enquiries hopefully the sale can be helpful on that. We were ignored and eventually served (after one person referred to another then another ). And yet this sale (skinny male with spec) attended us with a nonchalant attitude. Maybe the relevant sale is on leave. He was simply not interested in serving us, showing us a unhappy face and unwillingly trying to answer our questions. No recommendations was advised. We however still decided to get one since we neede one urgently. Upon collection (another day) ...we were faced with same situation. Nobody seems to be interested to serve us. Getting one person to another ....sigh....the shop has less than 10 customers and we have to wait to be served.... Last time shopping here. Gain city or audio house have better customer service definitely!!!!

Recently two of our household appliances šŸ«§šŸ„— suddenlyā€œdiedā€ on us😱 one after another. So visited this store twice and their staff were so helpful that we suffered very little downtime at home. We love their same day delivery service level (provided customers’ order placements meet their logistics cutoff time)šŸ‘šŸ¼šŸ‘šŸ¼

I would like to commend Yong Hoe for his exceptional product knowledge at Best Denki and his helpful guidance in assisting me with my purchase—without any hard selling. His expertise made my decision-making process smooth and easy. Additionally, I’m grateful to a female staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) who kindly offered to wheel my purchase to the pickup point while I waited for my cab. Feedback on Customer Service at J8 Fair (7 May 2025) I visited the fair at J8 on 7 May 2025, casually browsing for air-conditioning systems. An Indian female promoter approached me politely and offered assistance. I asked about the price of a 3+1 system for a particular brand. She guided me to the price display area and asked if that was what I was looking for. I wasn’t entirely sure, so I asked if the setup included four indoor units and two compressors, which is what I needed. She wasn’t sure, so she sought help from another staff member. Unfortunately, my interaction with this second staff member (a lady with very short hair, wearing spectacles, and of medium to larger build) was unpleasant. She maintained a closed-off posture with crossed arms throughout our conversation and spoke in a loud, condescending tone. When I asked about the price range, she insisted I needed to provide the BTU information before she could help. I shared some BTU figures I’d seen on their display (9k, 12k, 24k), but her response came across as dismissive and rushed, ending with, ā€œAircon is very expensive, you know.ā€ , which I found highly patronising. As a prospective customer making a genuine inquiry, I was taken aback by her tone and attitude, which felt more like a reprimand than assistance. Her conduct was disrespectful and entirely inappropriate in a customer service setting. Such treatment not only reflects poorly on your brand but also discourages potential customers. Please look into this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure all staff members, especially those representing your company at public events, are properly trained in customer engagement and communication. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope appropriate action will be taken to prevent similar experiences for others in the future.

I would like to thank Louis for a great service nearly 4 weeks ago and I told him how much is my budget for a good quality earpiece and I purchase a red colour JBL waterproof earpiece with round pin. I tried the earpiece and it went great for the last few weeks. Will come back again to buy future items when needed. Also hope to see more great customer service in future

Came by a on weekday evening at Best Denki Junction 8. Was serve promptly by Uncle Patrick at the Dyson booth. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to explain all the products and promotions. This would be my best experience at any Best Denki outlet ever. His exceptional service standards are highly commendable! Keep it up!

I like the service at best denki but pls don't buy jogen oven. It's the worst oven by far. It doesn't self clean.. and the worst part for me is the oven cannot reach the temperature it is supposed to. I sent it back and they returned it within a day saying its repaired. I asked for evidence but they refused and simply want to close my case. I baked my cake and the internal temperature still could not hit the temp set by the dial but this time the heat was too hot from the top and it completely killed my cake. I dislike this oven and their service to the max. Pls don't waste your time and money on them. Otherwise, I really lime best denki so far for all my other buys.
