I like the service at best denki but pls don't buy jogen oven. It's the worst oven by far. It doesn't self clean.. and the worst part for me is the oven cannot reach the temperature it is supposed to. I sent it back and they returned it within a day saying its repaired. I asked for evidence but they refused and simply want to close my case. I baked my cake and the internal temperature still could not hit the temp set by the dial but this time the heat was too hot from the top and it completely killed my cake. I dislike this oven and their service to the max. Pls don't waste your time and money on them. Otherwise, I really lime best denki so far for all my other buys.

This was my first time buying a product at Best Denki Junction 8 and I was very lucky to be served by salesperson, Mr Yung KS, who had good product knowledge on the cooler fans that I was enquiring. He was also patient in explaining the product features of the choices available and even went the extra mile to help me carry a bulky cooler fan to the carpark. Tqvm!
Prior to this, I bought a wrong type of cooler fan two days ago and sought help from Ms Pey Wen who helped me with a seamless exchange. She was prompt and very helpful.
It was a happy shopping experience at Best Denki J8 and I would definitely tell my friends to support the store!

We visited Best Denki several weeks back to find out more about Steam irons. Walking a little aimlessly around when a salesperson, Mr Goh Shi Wei attended to us warmly. Upon conversing with us, he promptly recommended several models to us and even did a detailed demonstration of using the product with an actual crumpled shirt. He even explained the difference between the onrs on promotion vs the pricier models. It was indeed a pleasant surprise to receive such friendly gesture from a salesperson even though we stated that we needed time to consider on the purchase. This outlet is worthy of a visit. We even recommended them to proactively create a roster to do demonstrations of the different products and brands on a daily / weekly / certain hour, to increase awareness for products on offer and to highlight the usability of products, rather than being on a passive need base approach. Usually, unless we walk into the store, we won't know what's going on in there and unless we specifically ask, we won't know how to use the products. But here, we experienced something different. Good job, appreciate the enthusiasm and extra mile!

Today, I was very lucky to be served by Mr. Melvin from Junction 8 Best Denki. I have been looking for a printer for quite a while and was confused with all the models and functions. I just needed some more advice, which Mr. Melvin provided. He was very polite, gentle, and soft-spoken. He was well-versed in his product knowledge and even gave me tips on how to save on ink. Well done to Mr. Melvin and Best Denki in producing such a top-notch sales representative in Singapore. I appreciate it. That's the wonder of buying things in a physical store. It's more humane.
