Today I wanted to buy food from Wok Hey and encountered a super rude cashier. They kept saying, 'Can you wait or not?' quite loudly, as there was a sign showing the average wait was 30-45 minutes. I just had to walk away, not because I could not wait, but because of the staff's attitude. Very disappointing attitude from customer-facing staff.

Ordered fresh ramen with grilled chicken! The stall is popular with many takeaway orders, and I waited around 15 minutes. The portion is worth the price! I gave 4 stars because I think the ramen is not as good as the udon. Do add the chilli if you can take spice, as it adds more flavour.

Ordered the egg fried rice with grilled chicken from the J8 outlet. The chicken portions were ridiculously small. Did you train your staff to cut the chicken like that and serve it to customers? It was so unappetising and disappointing. I understand the increase in prices, but that shouldn't come at the expense of the portion size and the chicken's unsightliness.

I just visited the Bishan outlet and experienced disappointing service. A staff member was on his phone and appeared unbothered about packing my order. I had to wait for 5-10 minutes before he finally packed it and placed it on the counter without any urgency. Another staff member was busy cooking; no issue with that.
This lack of professionalism left a negative impression, and I hope steps will be taken. It is understandable that staff use their phones from time to time, but please ensure work is done first. Keeping customers waiting when the food is ready is really unacceptable. I'm not expecting much, but a basic task like packing one box in a plastic bag shouldn't take him one minute.

You're able to order and pay online via their website before heading down to collect the food when it's ready. This saves time, and they are consistent.
I decided to try a less oil, no salt option, and they fulfilled it! I wouldn't recommend doing that unless you're trying to be healthy, though, because it doesn't taste good. Stick to their usual orders for nicer tasting options HAHA.

Convenient to order online and then pick up when it’s ready. My order came without prawns. I reached out to customer service and was promptly attended to and given a complimentary meal (e-voucher).
