just visited bishan outlet and experienced disappointing service. A staff member was on his phone and appeared unbothered about packing my order. I had to wait for 5-10 minutes before he finally packed it and placed it on the counter without any urgency. another staff was busy cooking, no issue with that. This lack of professionalism left a negative impression, and I hope steps will be taken. it is understandable that staff use phone from time to time but please ensure work are done first. keeping customer waiting when the food is ready is rlly unacceptable. Not expecting much but basic thing like packing 1 box in plastic bag shouldn’t take him 1 minute. Incident happened 27/01 , around 9:10pm Thank you
