You're able to order and pay online via their website before heading down to collect the food when it's ready. Saves time. Consistent. Decided to try a less oil no salt option and they fulfilled it! Won't recommend doing that unless you're trying to be healthy though because it doesn't taste good. Stick to their usual orders for nicer tasting options HAHA.

Convenient to order online and then pick up when it’s ready. My order came without prawns. I reached out to the customer service and was prompted attended to and given a complimentary meal (e-voucher).

I ordered the new turkey ham ramen, intending to support their new flavour. TOTAL REGRET!!!! There was not a single speck of turkey ham to be found, I just got fried ramen. Robbed of my money Edit: Wok Hey reached out to me and offered to cook me a new portion which I have claimed. Thanks!

Pretty decent fried rice and noodles. Happy that they have healthier options such as cauliflower rice.

just visited bishan outlet and experienced disappointing service. A staff member was on his phone and appeared unbothered about packing my order. I had to wait for 5-10 minutes before he finally packed it and placed it on the counter without any urgency. another staff was busy cooking, no issue with that. This lack of professionalism left a negative impression, and I hope steps will be taken. it is understandable that staff use phone from time to time but please ensure work are done first. keeping customer waiting when the food is ready is rlly unacceptable. Not expecting much but basic thing like packing 1 box in plastic bag shouldn’t take him 1 minute. Incident happened 27/01 , around 9:10pm Thank you
