Do not purchase their sale items online (especially color in white) as actual items delivered are yellowish in color compared to the photos posted on their website. (Definitely feel like the stocks have been kept for very long to turn into this color which was probably why they gave discount. They claim that it is lighting issue.) Felt cheated for the purchase. Super disappointing from a long time TSW customer.

Do not purchase their sale items online (especially items in white), as the actual items delivered are yellowish compared to the photos posted on their website. (I suspect the stock has been kept for a very long time, causing it to turn this color, which was probably why they gave a discount. They claim it's a lighting issue.) I felt cheated by the purchase. Love shopping at the Bishan branch. Friendly and helpful staff, esp. Sui Yee. It has become almost a weekly or twice weekly affair after falling in love with the eyelet and floral embroidery outfits esp the midi dresses and tops which are my fav. Reasonably priced and good value for money. Always on the lookout for their new arrivals.

I went to the J8 TSW store to try on some new pieces. Unfortunately, the zipper on my own romper got stuck halfway and I couldn't zip it down. I had to call for help from the staff. Mei (or May) kindly came into the fitting room and while trying to help me, recorded the problem on her phone and showed me the tear on my own romper that got the zipper stuck. I was lucky that she managed to get the zipper down eventually. May then gave me a large stripped dress to wear so I could continue to look at the clothings while picking out 2 to buy to wear home. I tried on a blue top and a denim skort and after confirming my choices and made payment, another staff (Sui yee) proceeded to remove the tags and even ironed them with the garment steamer. I'm touched and beyond words. Their customer service was top-notch. They went beyond their call of duty, all the while maintaining their patience and service. I walked out TSW very happy wearing my blue top and cara skorts. I'm so thankful to them 💓. I'm a long time customer of TSW and i always look forward to their new arrivals. Thank you to Jamie and her team for such a wonderful experience at TSW@J8 Bishan!
