Terrible and horrible service. Don't ever go there to buy your swimming accessories. I was asking if the swimwear could be exchanged, as there was a hole in it. Jasmine was talking non-stop and shouting over the phone. She didn't even bother to let me finish what I wanted to say. Bad, bad service.

Got quite a good range of things. But quite expensive. Sales lady did give advise on how to maintain and help out in the sizing. Maybe check online first then determine what to buy.

Excellent service! bought swimwear for my 2 children and myself on 30 May at the Bishan junction outlet. In a rush I was given the incorrect size for my swim suit and I only realised it 2 weeks later. I saw the exchange policy of 7 days and I thought that the staff would not honour the change in size from 34 to 38. But I was pleasantly surprised that the staff had realised the error and kept the size 38 for me. I am very pleased and would like to comment the staff for the excellent service.
