Selling substandard product. Goggle spoil for no reason and excuse given by promoter was simply because it was "loose". Lack of sincerity.

Terrible + horrible service.. dun ever ever go there and buy your swimming accessories ..was asking whether can the swim wear be exchange as there a hole on it... pic Jasmine was talking non stop n shouting over the phone.... dun even bother to let me finish what I wan to say.. bad bad service

Excellent service! bought swimwear for my 2 children and myself on 30 May at the Bishan junction outlet. In a rush I was given the incorrect size for my swim suit and I only realised it 2 weeks later. I saw the exchange policy of 7 days and I thought that the staff would not honour the change in size from 34 to 38. But I was pleasantly surprised that the staff had realised the error and kept the size 38 for me. I am very pleased and would like to comment the staff for the excellent service.

Aunty in charge of the shop completely ignored me after i tried some swimsuits and told her i will think about it. Not even a thank you or goodbye. Guess i wont be coming back!

Just bought a lovely swimsuit for my girl for her birthday. Good range of beachwear for adults & children. Nice sales lady.

Got quite a good range of things. But quite expensive. Sales lady did give advise on how to maintain and help out in the sizing. Maybe check online first then determine what to buy.
