The chicken was already burned, but the staff **reused it**. **I decided** not to eat the chicken portion, and just went for **a** plain kebab.

I ordered a quesadilla and a burrito, both of which typically come with sour cream. However, when the employee was making the burrito, she noticed the sour cream wasn’t dispensing properly and simply skipped it instead of refilling it or finding a solution. While making the quesadilla, she didn’t add sour cream either. When I asked whether sour cream is normally included, she replied, “Do you want it?”—as if it were optional. After I said yes, she reluctantly squeezed out what little was left, clearly much less than the usual portion. I find this behavior very disappointing and unprofessional. If a standard ingredient is unavailable, the employee should refill it or at least inform the customer, not quietly skip it. This kind of service feels deceptive and disrespectful to customers.

Stuff’d never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I love how generous they are with their portions, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff are friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. Whether it’s a burrito, kebab, or daily bowl, everything is consistently delicious. Highly recommend for a hearty and healthy meal! Thanks to Batt, Angel, and Cecilia for the great service.

The wrap smelt amazing and was really delicious! Chicken kebab was succulent and perfectly grilled, and the portion was generous. The wrap itself was flavourful too and wasn't bland. Overall, it provided a great balance of flavour, on top of the way it smelt and the vibrant colours that greeted you when you unwrapped the packaging. Recommended, and I will get it again!

I was rather disappointed with my experience at Stuff’d in Bishan Junction 8, particularly with the wait time for walk-in orders during the evening peak hours. While I understand that it’s a busy period, the outlet appears to be severely understaffed. The few staff members on duty were clearly overwhelmed, juggling both walk-in customers and a high volume of online orders. As a result, walk-in customers were left waiting for a prolonged period, often without any updates or acknowledgment. I hope the management will look into improving manpower during peak periods to ensure a better balance between walk-in and online service. It would greatly enhance the customer experience for everyone.

As a regular customer, I truly appreciate the fantastic work Baqiah and her team are doing. The salads are always fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. I especially love how the variety sometimes includes special items that follow the festive seasons, which adds a nice, personal touch to the menu. The service is consistently friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasant one. The only thing that’s a bit disappointing is the lack of dine-in space or nearby seating; it would be great to have a place to sit and enjoy the food on the spot. Other than that, everything is top-notch. Keep up the great work!

Food is okay, but don't expect much chicken, likely because they haven't changed their prices in many years. There's always a very long queue, or a long wait for collection, even when ordering via Grab.

Right at the beginning, I asked for the chicken daily bowl, and your staff serving the meat had the audacity to tell me there was no chicken. There were no other customers. Your staff knew right from the start that there was no chicken, yet no one informed me before I started choosing my sauces and toppings. It was a very unpleasant experience. Your staff stared at me as though I was obligated to select another main. Why do I have to pay for food I wasn't interested in consuming? Options that are not available should have been mentioned right at the beginning before the customer orders, or at least made known by striking them out on the menu. FYI. The satay chicken was horrible.

The speed of the server staff and cashier staff at Junction 8 is extremely slow compared to other outlets. Many people have also commented on this problem. The food is all ready, but I don't know why they are so slow. Even buying one quick food meal takes about 15-30 minutes. Please talk to your staff and ask them to be more efficient, seriously.

Super rude staff. A Malay female with glasses, slightly short (to clarify and ensure the wrong staff aren't affected). Firstly, she scooped the satay chicken with ALL THE OIL into my bowl?! Why would you do that?! My whole bowl is drowned in oil now. Look at the pictures. Secondly, I asked her if they had the seaweed (the normal, big kind that Stuff'd used to have, not the artificial green stuff), and she automatically assumed I wanted the artificially green one. I said I didn't want that and would like broccoli instead if they didn't have the seaweed I liked. She frowned at me, raised her voice, and said, "I thought you wanted seaweed?!" She kept arguing with me, saying that I wanted seaweed, even though I kept telling her that I'd just take the broccoli instead since they didn't have the one I wanted. I don't understand why she doesn't know how to communicate politely; maybe she likes to take her anger out on other people.
