I ordered a quesadilla and a burrito, both of which I believe are supposed to come with sour cream. However, when the staff was making the burrito, she noticed the sour cream wasn’t dispensing properly and simply skipped it instead of refilling it or finding a solution. While making the quesadilla, she didn’t add sour cream either. When I asked whether sour cream is normally included, she replied with, “Do you want it?”—as if it were optional. After I said yes, she reluctantly squeezed out what little was left, clearly much less than the usual portion.
I find this behavior very disappointing and unprofessional. If a standard ingredient is unavailable, the staff should refill it or at least inform the customer, not quietly skip it. This kind of service feels deceptive and disrespectful to customers.

The chicken was already burned, but the staff reuse them. Decided not to eat the chicken portion, and just went for plain kebab.

Food was amazing!! However customer service was lacking. The cashier auntie was very impatient when I was paying for my food as my card was not going through because it wasn’t scanning properly. Her tone was very impolite and mumbled a few words, thinking I couldn’t hear her. Unpleasant experience with her attitude & hope it improves after my feedback.

I have always been a fan of Stuff'd and this outlet has been one of the better ones in terms of quality of food. However, there's definitely room for improvement for the service levels, in particular the collection of online orders.
It would be great if there's an improved system or indication of when the order is ready, rather than relying on Grab's notification as it is often not accurate (orders are not ready even though it says ready).
On 2 Jun 2025, I placed an order at around 6.24pm. Grab app informed me the order was ready for collection at 643pm but the staff told me it wasn't ready yet, so I waited in front of the stall. After waiting for about 15mins, there was still no indication from the staff on whether my order was ready so I decided to check again. The staff then pulled out my order from the back of the counter - how long was my order sitting there for? Could she not have let me know when it was ready? Was I supposed to check in with her every 5 mins? I wasn't standing that far away from the counter, any attempt to let me know that my order was ready could have been made, but there was none.
A little proactiveness from the staff would have been nice and would have saved me some time. Hopefully Stuff'd will look into it and there will be improvements made in this aspect so that others will not need to experience such things in the future.

I ordered Grab self-pickup. The app shows that the food is ready for collection. I stood there for almost 20 minutes, and they still hadn't packed my order. They kept ignoring me and serving the walk-ins. If your store is so busy for walk-in customers, why is it still open for app orders? The staff there didn't even want to apologize for the wait or thank me for the purchase. Eh hello, simple basic manners and service, leh!
