I ordered grab selfpickup. The app shows that the food is ready for collection.I stand there for almost 20mins and they still haven't pack my order. They keep ignore me and serve the walk-in. If your store is so busy for walk-in customer why still open for apps order. The staff there don't even want to apologize for waiting or thanks for the purchase. Eh hello simple basic manner and service leh.
ting yi !!
super rude staff
female malay with glasses, slightly short (to clarify and make sure the wrong staff are not affected)
firstly, she scooped the satay chicken with ALL THE OIL into my bowl?? why would you do that?? my whole bowl is drowned in oil now. look at the pictures.
second, I asked her if they had the seaweed (stuff'd used to have the normal big kind of seaweed, not the artificial green stuff) and she just automatically assumed I wanted the artificially green one. I said I didn't want that and would like broccoli instead if they didn't have the seaweed I liked. She frowned at me, raised her voice and said "I thought you want seaweed?!". She kept arguing with me saying that I want seaweed when I kept telling her that I'll just take the broccoli instead since they didn't have the one I wanted.
I don't understand why she doesn't know how to communicate politely, maybe she likes to take her anger out on other people

The speed of the server staff and cashier staff at junction 8 is very very slow compared to other outlets. Saw many ppl commenting on this same problem too. The food are all ready, i dont know why they are so slow motion.
Buy 1 quick food meal need like 15-30 mins. Please talk to ur staff and ask them to be more efficient like seriously

I asked for chicken daily bowl right at the beginning and your staff serving the meat has the audacity to tell me that there is no chicken. There was NO other customer. Your staff knew right from the start that there is no chicken and no one informed me before I started choosing my sauces and topping.
It was a very unpleasant experience. Your staff stared at me as though I am obligated to select another main. Why do I have to pay for food I’m not interested to consume.
Options that are not available should have been mentioned right at the beginning before the customer orders. Or at least made know by striking it out from the menu.
FYI. The stay chicken was horrible.

I was rather disappointed with my experience at Stuff’d in Bishan Junction 8, particularly with the wait time for in-person orders during the evening peak hours. While I understand that it’s a busy period, the outlet appears to be severely understaffed. The few staff members on duty were clearly overwhelmed, juggling both walk-in customers and a high volume of online orders. As a result, in-store customers were left waiting for a prolonged time, often without any updates or acknowledgment.
I hope the management will look into improving manpower during peak periods to ensure a better balance between walk-in and online service. It would greatly enhance the customer experience for everyone.

I ordered a quesadilla and a burrito, both of which I believe are supposed to come with sour cream. However, when the staff was making the burrito, she noticed the sour cream wasn’t dispensing properly and simply skipped it instead of refilling it or finding a solution. While making the quesadilla, she didn’t add sour cream either. When I asked whether sour cream is normally included, she replied with, “Do you want it?”—as if it were optional. After I said yes, she reluctantly squeezed out what little was left, clearly much less than the usual portion.
I find this behavior very disappointing and unprofessional. If a standard ingredient is unavailable, the staff should refill it or at least inform the customer, not quietly skip it. This kind of service feels deceptive and disrespectful to customers.

The chicken was already burned, but the staff reuse them. Decided not to eat the chicken portion, and just went for plain kebab.

Food was amazing!! However customer service was lacking. The cashier auntie was very impatient when I was paying for my food as my card was not going through because it wasn’t scanning properly. Her tone was very impolite and mumbled a few words, thinking I couldn’t hear her. Unpleasant experience with her attitude & hope it improves after my feedback.

I have always been a fan of Stuff'd and this outlet has been one of the better ones in terms of quality of food. However, there's definitely room for improvement for the service levels, in particular the collection of online orders.
It would be great if there's an improved system or indication of when the order is ready, rather than relying on Grab's notification as it is often not accurate (orders are not ready even though it says ready).
On 2 Jun 2025, I placed an order at around 6.24pm. Grab app informed me the order was ready for collection at 643pm but the staff told me it wasn't ready yet, so I waited in front of the stall. After waiting for about 15mins, there was still no indication from the staff on whether my order was ready so I decided to check again. The staff then pulled out my order from the back of the counter - how long was my order sitting there for? Could she not have let me know when it was ready? Was I supposed to check in with her every 5 mins? I wasn't standing that far away from the counter, any attempt to let me know that my order was ready could have been made, but there was none.
A little proactiveness from the staff would have been nice and would have saved me some time. Hopefully Stuff'd will look into it and there will be improvements made in this aspect so that others will not need to experience such things in the future.

As a regular customer, I truly appreciate the fantastic work Baqiah and her team are doing. The salads are always fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. I especially love how the variety sometimes includes special items that follow the festive seasons, it adds a nice, personal touch to the menu. The service is consistently friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasant one. The only thing that’s a bit disappointing is the lack of dine-in space or nearby seating, it would be great to have a place to sit and enjoy the food on the spot. Other than that, everything is top-notch. Keep up the great work!

The wrap smelt amazing and was really delicious! Chicken kebab was succulent and perfectly grilled and portion was generous. The wrap itself was flavourful too and wasn't blend. Overall it provided a great balance in flavour, on top of the way it smelt and the vibrant colours that greeted you when you unwrap the packaging. Recommended and will get again!

Highly recommend for a hearty and healthy meal! Thanks to Batt, angel and Cecilia for the great service

Food is okay, but don't expect much chicken, likely because they haven't changed their prices in many years. There's always a very long queue, or a long wait for collection, even when ordering via Grab.
