Poor customer experience. I came here to take a passport photo urgently, but the staff was impatient and unhelpful. No edits or adjustments were made to the photos, which lacked basic quality. Honestly, you’re better off taking the photo yourself using your phone.

The operator failed to develop my film (I lost all of my photos). This is an error completely caused by the person in-charge of film processing.
They suggested it might be due to:
1) I misplace my film inside the camera which might resulted into a fail film by exposing it to light before processing.
OR
2) I did not turn on the flashlight while shooting.
Both of this explanations are NOT reasonable because:
From the photos I have attached, the film marker aside was totally cleared which will still exist when the film is fail after being exposed to light before processing. Also, some blurred images can still be observed even when no flashlight is turned on, it won't cause a completely blank film.
How they responded:
They did not inform me immediately about this problem when they have encountered it. I only get to know this when I go to retrieve my photos. They gave a 50% refund which they said they need to charge the cost of film developing.
Because this is an error caused by Standard Photo, they should have give a full refund or compensate with a new film.

Yesterday late evening my husband and I went to Standard photo Junction 8 branch to get some photos printed. Special shout out to Vinny for her excellent Customer Service provided. She was very patient and courteous, do extend our thanks to her!

Operating hours indicate closing at 9.30pm however they start packing up even before 9pm and hang around in the shop. I have already made two wasted trips as I had reach at 8.50pm and they had covered up their make shift stall with black cloth.

I visited this shop many times, and sadly, the customer service experience remains consistently negative.
Asked for IC photo taking cost - the older lady staff said $20 and kept quiet. Only after I probed then found out there were cheaper packages. Seems like they prioritize profit over customer service.
1 star because it seems like Standard Photo isn't paying attention to these reviews, and nothing seems to be done even after so much feedback.

Efficient! Staff is respectful!
5 minutes for passport photo taking, where the staff even helped me adjust my hair and gave me tips on how to look and my angle. She then kindly asked me to wait 20 minutes. $15 for 6 hardcopy photos, and $5 for softcopy. Easy and quick! Also nice that she complimented me on my henna art hehe :) make some small talk.
Also did lamination, $3 for an A4 paper. Abit expensive but oh well.

Poor customer service!! I don’t understand why the 2 ladies lack the basic courtesy to talk to customers, was impatient n rude, seems never had training before n don’t care about the business.
