Poor customer service!! I don’t understand why the two ladies lacked the basic courtesy to talk to customers. They were impatient and rude; it seemed they never had training before and didn't care about the business.

The operator failed to develop my film (I lost all of my photos). This is an error completely caused by the person in charge of film processing. They suggested it might be due to: 1) I misplaced my film inside the camera, which might have resulted in a failed film by exposing it to light before processing. OR 2) I did not turn on the flash while shooting. Both of these explanations are not reasonable because: From the photos I have attached, the film's edge markings were completely blank, which would still be present even if the film had been exposed to light before processing. Also, some blurred images can still be observed even when no flash is turned on; it won't cause a completely blank film. How they responded: They did not inform me immediately about this problem when they had encountered it. I only learned about this when I went to retrieve my photos. They gave a 50% refund, which they said was to cover the cost of film developing. Because this is an error caused by Standard Photo, they should have given a full refund or compensated me with a new film.

Poor customer experience. I came here urgently to take a passport photo, but the staff was impatient and unhelpful. No edits or adjustments were made to the photos; they lacked basic quality. Honestly, you’re better off taking the photo yourself using your phone.

Colored printing is available but a bit expensive. 10 pages for 16 dollars. They are nice and quick, though.

Operating hours indicate closing at 9:30 PM; however, they start packing up even before 9 PM and hang around in the shop. I have already made two wasted trips as I had reached at 8:50 PM and they had covered up their makeshift stall with black cloth.

Efficient! Staff are respectful! Passport photo taking took 5 minutes, where the staff even helped me adjust my hair and gave me tips on how to pose and my angle. She then kindly asked me to wait 20 minutes. $15 for 6 hardcopy photos, and $5 for softcopy. Easy and quick! It was also nice that she complimented me on my henna art (hehe :)) and made some small talk. I also got lamination done, $3 for an A4 sheet. A bit expensive, but oh well.

I visited this shop many times, and sadly, the customer service experience remains consistently negative. When I asked about the IC photo taking cost, the older lady staff member said $20 and kept quiet. Only after I probed did I find out there were cheaper packages. Seems like they prioritize profit over customer service. 1 star because it seems like Standard Photo isn't paying attention to these reviews, and nothing seems to be done even after so much feedback.

Late yesterday evening, my husband and I went to Standard Photo Junction 8 branch to get some photos printed. Special shout-out to Vinny for her excellent customer service. She was very patient and courteous. Please extend our thanks to her!
