Poor customer service!! I don’t understand why the 2 ladies lack the basic courtesy to talk to customers, was impatient n rude, seems never had training before n don’t care about the business.

Wanted to purchase a roll of film but wasn’t sure if I’d make it before closing. Google stated closing was 21:30, my eta was 21:20. Phoned the store to ask if I could reach at 21:20, an old woman over the phone got upset immediately. Initially, I apologised and told her not to wait for me. However, she grew angrier and began to raise her voice/ scold me. When I reached at 21:21, there were still other customers being served. As I was making my purchase, the old woman continued scolding me, saying it was outrageous to ask to delay closing times. Although I had not once said that, and even apologised at first. There were two old ladies there, I was being served by a black-haired lady (I’ve worked with her before, she’s very sweet!), and the one scolding me was a petite, big-sized, old woman with brown hair. I’m rather disappointed with my experience as I’ve always had pleasant ones prior to today, without this old lady. I do hope the staff hired are equipped with minimally, basic etiquette and principles, I don’t appreciate the old woman’s distasteful attitude as such.

I had a fantastic experience with their service. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. They took the time to ask me about the purpose of the photos and double-checked to ensure they got everything right. What really stood out was that they provided a review of the photos before printing, ensuring I was completely satisfied with the final product. Highly recommend!

For convenience, this is a good place to go.
I have taken a passport photo here before. Expensive but the photo passed ICA with no problems. I took a photo at one of the shops near ICA before and it failed so I was happy to get it done and dusted.
I print and photocopy here too. Staff were very patient and helpful in ensuring the print came out correctly. Will continue to patronise. Thanks for the convenience and good service.

Came here a few times for visa photo taking and sending docs through dhl. Staff is always very helpful and patient, especially Vinny. Helped to adjust my photo dimensions according to the unusual visa requirements and let me check the result before printing. Thank you! ^^
