The staff at Bishan are great! Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Not pushy. The store was clean and well organized. The only downside is that the lighting is very bright and that makes the store feel warm and stuffy. Not sure if it's the mall AC or the store though. Other than that, a great improvement from previously. Keep up the good work! Well done!

Nothing against the shop staff but Skechers shoes are very poorly designed for comfort and actual use. Fell for the gimmicky claims a few times and my feet ended up regretting on the first day of actual standing and walking in the shoes.

A big shout out to the very friendly, patient and top notch customer service attitude by Ms. Tan Zi Ying… my mum had a hard time choosing the shoes she wanted and she tried at least 5 pair of shoes.
Nonetheless, she showed no signs of tiresome and grumpiness. This is what a top class customer service should be like. Kudos to this young and wonderful lady for her customer service! Please compliment her as she is one fine example of what customer service is all about! Thank you, Ms. Zi Ying. You made our visit a very memorable and good one!

I bought a voucher on shopback then they say cannot use viucher. If teh shop dont allow customers to use voucher, please dont sell it on shopback. It's disappointing and I never come back this shop again because its cheating.

Visited Skechers after lunch today with my mum. The salesperson Vivian served us. My mum has bunion and getting her shoes have always been uphill tasks. My mum tried countless pairs of shoes but we left without buying as my mum was hesitant. Vivian did not showed any displeasure, in fact she's still remained very friendly.
We returned to the shop after 20 mins to look for Vivian. She still very friendly and patience to let my mum try a few pairs and let my mum take her time to decide. And when she knew my mum hesitated because of her bunion, she offered to help by expanding the front of the shoe so that it's more comfortable.
Of course this time my mum left the shop with a pair of new shoes.
Vivian is really very friendly, patience and helpful. Thank you so much, Vivian, for making our shopping experience at Skechers so wonderful and enjoyable.

The service is excellent and the staff are very helpful. However the payment system lagged so badly. It took us more close to 20 mins just to do the payment as the system took so long to access to the Skechers' membership to apply the voucher. There is only 1 cashier counter so we really need to be very patient when doing our payment. Hope the company will take time to upgrade the system, this will not just improve the customers' experience, it will help the staff to be more productive.

Visited J8 Bishan outlet before closing A young lady staff was very friendy and helpful, Was really want to know which shoe be better for me because i need it for work, and also told her that i really need comfortable shoe, cos i work in F&B. Does i keep trying for different shoes. But she still assisted me till i make a purchase, also advise me on promotion that they have . Great Service! Keep it up.
