Honestly Young staff should be trained to show concern for the customers instead of justifying the situation in the staff's interest !! Eg need to expand shoes as little toes are hurting badly within the toebox of shoes and Now my feet and ankles are super affected also ie really Swollen!! 2 days old sneakers in the bin already!! Hurt so badly!! Whether the expansion is effective immediately or not That's beside the point!! At least show some concern and make an attempt to be of some helpful assistance!! Not tell customers must wait for two weeks!!l Btw Seems to have a queue!! Wonder Skechers strict with their quality control? Lousy customer service/poor after sales service!!

was there 6/6 about 5pm to try out the size. sales person told me foamies for men will only come in next week. then i say can try the flip flop kind to have a gauge of the size. she told me different cutting. then just went to serve other customers. then later i just went ahead to take the flip flop and try on size 9. she came again and told her male colleague to attend to me. when i revealed i am trying the size so i can buy it online (online is the official sketchers shop), then he just disappeared. i used to work in shoe industry and probably, due to no commission so can't be bothered. dont feel welcome at all.

Please don't force your staff to follow the customers everywhere, some of us would like to shop in peace. Other than that, very good quality shoes, have been a loyal customer here for almost 7 years.

I would like to comments on staff Ms. Yap Jia Yun (J8 store) on her patience, helpful and cheerful attitude. Last year I bought a pair of walking shoes, served by Ms Yap. Today I went back to the store again, and she recognises me and served me joyfully. Thank you

I would like to comment on Ms. Yap Jia Yun (J8 store) for her patience, helpfulness, and cheerful attitude. Last year, I bought a pair of walking shoes, served by Ms. Yap. Today, I went back to the store again, and she recognized me and served me joyfully. Thank you.

I was there on June 6th, around 5 PM, to try out the sizing. A salesperson told me that the men's Foamies would only be available next week. I then asked if I could try the flip-flop style to get a sense of the sizing. She told me they had a different cut. She then just went to serve other customers. Later, I just went ahead and took a pair of flip-flops to try on size 9. She came back and told her male colleague to attend to me. When I revealed I was trying the size so I could buy them online (as the online store is the official Skechers shop), he just disappeared. I used to work in the shoe industry, and I suspect it was probably because there's no commission, so they couldn't be bothered. I didn't feel welcome at all.

For example, I needed to expand the shoes as my little toes were hurting badly within the toebox. Now my feet and ankles are also super affected, i.e., really swollen! My 2-day-old sneakers are already in the bin! They hurt so badly! Whether the expansion is effective immediately or not, that's beside the point! At least show some concern and make an attempt to be of some helpful assistance, instead of telling customers they must wait for two weeks! By the way, there seems to be a queue. I wonder if Skechers is strict with their quality control? Lousy customer service and poor after-sales service!
